MASTER BEDROOM + THE SNOO

Little by little we are making our house a home #CrandallsCorner

It has been so fun to experience what i help my clients experience by building a home & adding the things that mean most to us into it.

Since we’ve been married (5 years) we have only ever had a metal base frame as a bed. When we were preparing to move we knew we wanted an actual bed. We love the simple, clean look of our Thuma bed! Our beddy’s got a little worn so i searched and searched for a new duvet cover and fell in love with this one. The pillows are sentimental in that a friend gave me the kilm pillow, i made the rust one and i bought one new from the studio mcgee line at target! My vintage rug is one i can never part with = i found it at Market last year and have been saving it for our bedroom.

Many people wonder why we don’t have table lamps on our nightstands - - let me ease your worries -- we have smart lights that we can talk to through our google. Although i daily think about just “staging” lamps, maybe even the wall mounted ones. That or adding a wall treatment to the bed wall… what do you think?

Now let me talk about something that has been a huge help to us as new parents. We all know how important sleep is, right? Well this SNOO has been such a life savor! At 2 months Rush was sleeping 5-6 hours straight through the night. WHY i love the Snoo from Happiest Baby::

  1. The soothing technique - - white noise to mimic the womb and a soft side to side rocking

  2. The app that tracks their sleep, soothe and wake.

  3. The beautiful design that fits perfectly in our bedroom.

I look forward to the nights ahead for a good nights rest, and to know my baby is safe and soothed through the night for the best nights rest.

THANK YOU HAPPIEST BABY FOR HELPING US GET THE BEST SLEEP FOR OURSELVES AND OUR BABY!
