A BEDROOM FOR A LITTLE QUEEN - GIRLS ROOM REVEAL: The Design Process

Guess what!!

Tell me this was worth the wait because - - the reveal is HERE!

My client Abby is a total sweetheart & just so fun to work with! She has been dyyying to get her daughter her own bedroom - complete girly to balance out all of those cute brothers she has ;) SO. From the very beginning I have been so so excited about this room design! She had this vision that I was able to create and help bring to life! Color, glam, luxurious & a little dream world for the most darling little girl.

Be sure to comment & tell me your favorite part!

Stage 1 of the design process is where i love to get to know my client - what do they love, what colors do they disagree with, functionality of the space, must haves, budget & more! Often, this will begin with a mood board to gather inspiration and direction. I also gather photos, measurements and take a bunch of notes.

Stage 2 is the most fun for me! Okay maybe not the most (that would be the final reveal!) fun, but pretty dang close is… the selections! From here i begin designing, sourcing & shopping for all the right pieces to pull the room together! In this design, I was able to use a ton of local shops and vendors which was so unique and special!

As you may notice - some of this is different than the final design. Which is totally normal! Sometimes revisions take place to find the perfect piece!

Stage 3 I want to make your life easy, less stressful & happy! That is my goal and vision for my business - to create the most beautiful for YOU. Part of this is easy purchasing by sending links and sourcing in a way that makes completing the room seamless! Here are some links to the furniture & accessories you’ll see in Savy’s room!
